THAW 2005 hosted up to 100 people per day and drew over 200 patrons to
the opening reception.
We were excited to receive our first international
entry all the way from Singapore: Joey Sin Wai Ping’s- S. Leave
stool. Special thanks to: DJ Derrick for his hip hop/tropical music. We
thank everyone for attending, and were pleased to have such honored guests:
Councilor Michael Phair, and Robert Lederer of the University of Alberta
Industrial Design Department.
We were pleased to have designers ranged from all levels, students to
designers of industry with more than ten years of experience like Geoffrey
Lilge and Tim Antoniuk.
